Replacement part number: 7444 Application: Suitable for 22-1/2 inch One-Touch charcoal grills in the Master-Touch series, performer series, and Original Kettle series 22" charcoal grills. Not compatible with pre-2000 Performer grills.

Our 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Cleaning System Kit is specifically designed for Weber Master-Touch, Performer, and Original series kettle grills, as well as Original Kettle series 22" charcoal grills. This kit includes 3 damper blades, damper control rod, H-drive assembly, thumb screw, washer, and instruction sheet for easy installation.

Installation steps: 1. Assemble the three damper blades in the correct order. 2. Place the assembled blades into the grill. 3. Flip the grill over. 4. Secure the blades with the washer. 5. Insert the control rod into the notched side. 6. Rotate the handle until it snaps into place.

For ventilation systems: The three vents at the bottom of the kettle grill are equipped with blades that allow you to control the temperature by adjusting the flow of oxygen with the handle. Closing the vent completely will extinguish the charcoal fire.

Cleaning Features: Rotate the handle to activate the internal cleaning blade, effectively removing ash and debris into the dust collector for easy cleanup.

Please note: Before installing the new cleaning system kit, remove the old controls and blades. Ensure the bottom of the grill is clean and ash-free to prevent any hindrance during installation. We recommend wearing safety gloves during the installation process to protect your hands.
