This versatile griddle allows you to cook a variety of regional specialties, from breakfast dishes to proteins, vegetables, and sauces. The semi-gloss enameled surface makes cleanup a breeze - simply place a few ice cubes or pour a small amount of water onto the hot griddle and gently scrape away any residue. Compatible with Spirit and Spirit II 2 & 3 burner gas grills, this griddle replaces one cooking grate. It is important to note that you should never submerge the griddle in water when it is hot, as it may cause damage. The porcelain-enameled, cast iron construction of the griddle provides exceptional heat retention and distribution, ensuring that your food cooks evenly. The sloped cooking surface also helps to drain drippings away from the food and into a grease reservoir, making for easier cleanup. The out-of-carton dimensions are 2"H x 12"W x 17.5"D, while the individual carton dimensions are 19.622"H x 2.725"W x 14.969"D. The griddle is designed to replace one grate in Spirit II gas grills and also fits Spirit 200/300 series gas grills. To keep your griddle in top condition, we recommend hand washing it after each use.
